For the G22 use the XCT control. 400 amps is about the safe limit for the stock motor but I would get the 500 amp with the built in cooling fan and turn it down a bit for the stock motor, and have enough controller for any aftermarket motor late.

Thanks for the advice on the controller. I guess i'll be swapping the motor too . No sense in having the extra amps and not using them. I want to buy one already built and save the stock motor for a back-up. Looking for serious torque with this buggy. Speed is not as important than torque to me.

What motor & solenoid do you recommend?

I just put the xct 500 controller in mine matched with the admiral B2 torque motor........she bad to the bone
