G1? Newbie questions
I just bought a new trailer in the campground and it came with an electric Yamaha golf cart. From what I searched on here it appears that I have a G1 cart, I will have to look for the serial number next time I get there. Sounds like I will find that on the drivers side rear frame, correct?
Cart has 2 bucket seats and that seems to point to a G1, also correct? So would this have the body that the rear lifts up like a funny car? How do you do that? I'm wondering if they left me a piece of junk but it actually seems to run good though going about 13mph. Thanks for any help! |

Yes, G1. There will some kind of "latching sytem" at the roof and upper windshield mount. Either "clamps or bolts". Undo them and the top/frame stay's with the rear body when tilting it back.

Thanks! Then there must be a latch somewhere for the body? By the seats somewhere?

No latch for the body. Just at the roof, where it meets the windshield.
