High Speed gears for the axle. The V-twin does not rev as high rpms. The single has a "rev kit" available to allow higher Rpm use, the V-twin does not.

High speed gears, they add about 10mph if you go to 8:1, stock is about 13:1. The VC460 is a great engine with great parts in it don't get me wrong. But you had the twin on there and they can be used but they don't have a rev kit so they can't scream like the vc460 can. The 460 can hit say 6K rpm while the twin can't go over about 4K, that is what 33% more rpm to make your cart go faster. That is why if you want over about 25-27mph with 22 tires you would need HS gears that would give you around 35-40. The 460 will do around 40 itself with stock gears.

One engine is raced all over the world with every kind of HP part you can imagine. The other I don't know where you can even get stock parts for let alone HP parts. As far as I can find none have been developed.

Why is nobody into that thing, I don't get it. Its not the one Vegas blew up its different. I can't even find what the issue is with it, why it wont supposedly run rpm. All you need is springs or shims and maybe pushrods. Then again it may be a copy of the old honda, and they didn't make stuff for that either.

I want to retain my starter/generator so it shuts off when I stop so I'm going to go with this kit from Vegas. It has a motor with the install kit
