Default Club car carry all 1 2008

Hey guys. Working on a new project got it rolling but now I want to add a lift. It's 2008 club car carry all 1. I have done ergo and Yamaha in the past but wanting to do a lift on this carry all. Can't find a lot of information. I found what I think is the jakes kit but it looks to have everything for the front but only blocks for the rear? That's fine if it's right. But the bigger question is if I do have blocks for the back would I not need longer shocks. Or dose the school mount move with the block lift. Any help or direction I have done jakes in the past and been very happy. Wanting to do a 6" lift on this one. Again any help thanks.

Were you looking at the lifts sold by our site sponsors here? If not, look there first for quality, cost, and support. (Carts Unlimited, Revolution Golf Cars, etc.)

You will have this debated by many as we all have an opinion, but I prefer the A-arm lifts and have them on my carts. I do not like the spindle lifts as you looked at. Mine came with front suspension and rear HD springs and the shock mount was located correctly so I lost nothing up front. (Remember these are dampeners more than shocks (like on an automobile) as these just dampen the jolt and as long as you have travel in them they dampen as needed - unless blown out)

Any lift for a 2008 DS will work for a 2008 Carryall 1. They're built on the same frame.

Thanks guys. I was looking on jakes site directly. We have a local golf cart shop and the guy is very helpful but always good to do your own research than listen to one guy never know what kick backs are happening

Cdebo1,

I would buy an All Sports lift for the quality and I would contact Revolution golf cars to get it.

That way you get the best lift on the market, IMHO, and you support the vendors who tirelessly answer our questions. Over and over and over again!
