Cart ride is so rough!!
I’ve been able to fix everything on my 09 G29 except fix the ride.
It appears to not handle any bumps in the front very good. I don’t believe it’s the shocks. Any ideas what it could be? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Cart ride is so rough!!
Rough as in Stiff ? check air pressure , depends what your using it for but mine at 8 pounds for smother ride , or your over-sprung , (stiff springs) cant do anything about except buy softer springs , unless there adjustable ? (coil ? ) or take a leaf out ,if leaf springs ... might try taking shocks off just to make sure there not to stiff and the problem .

Thanks for the response. Air pressure is good. I’m pretty sure shocks are good. I’ve read where king pins may go out? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Cart ride is so rough!!
Kingpins don't cause rough ride. And ya know how many kingpins ive had to change on Drives since 2007? ZERO. Kingpin bushings used to need replaced on G19 and earlier models every 5-10 years, but the design of the front suspension on G22 and newer models has totally eliminated that. I bet it IS your shocks, the whole strut is replaced as a whole assembly that Yamaha calls a "cushion assembly". The bore inside the shock body gets worn, and begins to bind.

Re: Cart ride is so rough!!
I am not a site sponsor. I post here as an individual, not a representative of my employer/company. And we don't do online/mail order parts sales.
