But I would like to add a speed magnet and anything else I can to get more performance, and to my knowledge there aren't many things to do with the stock g2 systems.
If the motor has a speed magnet you are in for a whole lotta rewiring in uncharted waters to use this stuff.

Well, that helps. Alltrax's can use many different throttle types. You can convert your existing wiper board to act like a 0-5000 ohm throttle quite easily, and the Alltrax's will support it. That would be much easier than working a ezgo ITS into your cart.

So with the alltrax controller and TXT motor what else will I need? You said the forward reverse selector will work? Also what will I need to do about the pedal? Do y'all know if that motor will bolt up to my existing axle?

Ezgo 19 spline motor won't fit. Club car 10 spline motors will work. They must be same type motor, a sepex motor must be paired with a sepex controller, series motor to series controller. Not sure if you said what controller type it was.

It's an alltrax controller. I can get a ezgo axle so I'll prolly just swap my axle. So that puts me with an ezgo motor and axle with an alltrax Controller. I believe the cart I'll get the axle off of also has a pedal assembly I can get as well. That should be everything I need
