need help selecting rim/tire setup for TXT
Hopefully this is the right section. So I have 2 carts I'm building currently. Wanting to go with a 14" rim but having difficulties selecting a tire. It will be used for neighborhood cruising so not looking for a big knobby tire. We definitely want a nice ride as well so that probably means not using low profile tires. Is there a tire that would fit that bill? If we had to do a 2" lift we can but not neccesarily looking to do one. Just looking for a nice ride that fills the wheel well gap nicely.

Nick. obviously you are looking for street tires, correct? the largest tires recommended for NON-LIFTED carts are those with no larger than a 20" diameter. Here is a recommended site that a lot of folks use for wheels/tires. great prices and FREE SHIPPING!!

I have a non-lifted RXV and use it primarily on neighborhood streets. I'm very happy with the Achieva Innova Driver DOT approved radials. I have 15" rims, but the tire is available in a 14" size. It rides and handles well.
