I would suggest performing the tests recommended already by scotty and posting the results before you get frustrated at a lack of responses during the course of half a day.

I'm sure all the "heavy hitters" are busy with their own stuff, but will gladly offer some additional advice if you post more data info for them to go by.

"I didnt do a single one of the tests requested, and Still no help... Thanks for nothing! Not like I was gonna check your suggestions anyway!" "Now, does anyone know where the 'Fix My Motor' button is?"

I just love these cases.

Thanks, yeah not trying to be rude. Being a truck driver I only have weekends to do diagnostics /repairs. Yep,.. A bit impatient at times.

My digital battery meter just arrived a few minutes ago. Getting ready to get it installed and go from there.

OK, I removed the ITS switch to clean it. All the connections were tight and fastened. But is this dirty /black look come from water that has stood there or is that a sign of it possibly going bad? I spayed it with electronics cleaner and wiped it with a paper towel. It didn't really wipe away like you would think dirt would.
Thanks

Well, they sometimes dont do well after sitting in water. Other times, they'll do great as soon as they dry out.

Well I didn't find anything definitive that I thought would be a problem. The drain hole for the ITS switch was clogged so I cleaned it out and sprayed the ITS switch with electronics cleaner and checked the adjustment. It was fine.
After being off the charger for about 11 hours (not driven much, just unplugged while I worked on it). the pack voltage was 51.3 and each individual battery was 8.63 and 8.65.

I also installed the battery meter and switch plate, and installed and relocated the F&R switch.
EDIT :The 50.6 in the picture was after riding around for about 30 minutes after I finished.
On a decent hill the voltage dropped to 45.7.
