Nice job on the cart so far 99.9% of cart parts dealers are flakey? That's pretty harsh. Maybe your talking/dealing with the wrong guy's. I'd say more like 25%

Most of our sponsors did backflips to make my order smooth, acouple I wouldnt buy an air freshener from.

We got the paint laid down this weekend. 1 coat Bulldog adhesive promoter, 3 coats of primer w/flex. 3 coats of LIME TIME green paint w/flex and 2 coats of clear with satin purple pearl. It turned out 100% better then I thought it would. The top turned out GREAT!!

May I ask -

Where did you buy the paint and are you using a paint gun? Also wondering about the lift kit, did it come with it and do you know what brand? Where did you get the wheels and tires? Lastly, I see the headlight cutouts...which headlights did you go with? Did you have to cut both the upper and lower cowls?

I have the same cart and I just finished the frame off..now ready to paint the body and could use some advice

Paint; I got from a local auto paint house (great people walked me though the whole thing)
Lift; came with the car
Wheels and tires; Car parts plus (great people_
Lights; G9 lights I got off E-Bay, and yes you cut both upper and lower. I painted mine bezels green to match the cart

When you bought the paint from your supplier..how much of it did you have to buy...a quart or more?
