I replaced my solenoid, and all problems were cured, and I had the same exact issue as you.

I replaced the solenoid as well and no more issues brake unlocks as it should. Also, no more grinding from the brake area. So weird. Coop, let me know if you get a new controller and how it works out. Thanks for all the info.

Yeah, glad to hear and happy to help. I've got messages into Navitas just to see, and there may be another guy locally with a fried controller that's going to pick one up. I'm keeping an eye out for a good deal/price on a Freedom 350A for now, or possibly a steal on a Navitas. If I get the Navitas and later see a 350A and find a way to get it tuned, I could always sell it or keep it as a spare.

After having my RXV take a dump, I realize that having spare parts to test is worthwhile. Of course as long as I don't fry my 235A, that can serve as a spare, but might pickup another solenoid and stock a HD brake just to have on hand...
