Default 2019 Club Car Lithium Ion

I'm trying to hook up a Wet Sounds sound bar and it works fine sitting outside the cart. But as soon as I mount to the chassis and I turn the key on the cart faults. Converter works fine and it is putting out 12 volts. Any Ideas?

Did some more testing even if I don't have power going to the sound bar and just have the ground hooked up it still faults. So it looks like if you run a ground going to the chassis on a club car lithium ion you are going to get a fault. Is this Correct or do I have something wrong with my cart?

the chassis (frame) on any electric vehicle should be electrically isolated from the batteries. remove the ground from the chassis and take your ground to the 12v converter

I have it hooked to the converter but it finds a ground to the chassis through the sound bar.

Sounds like somehow your battery is grounded to the chassis.

Perhaps isolate the soundbar from the chassis?
