Wiring alltrax for plowmans riot kit

Trying to install the riot kit on a 2011 ydre From plowmans and am having trouble understanding the directions about cutting off the factory ground and sandwiching the new cable. Has anybody done this for the drive carts? Im assuming by ground he means the neg cable on battery with the extra ring terminal in the middle that goes to the alltrax and splits to motor on one side and battery neg on other side. Whats confusing me is where it says cut off the factory ground and sandwich it with new cable but it didnt come with a terminal for that and i would think it would if that was needed. Also am i suppose to be reusing one part of the cable he says to cut off? Sorry if thats confusing im not good at explaining things. If anybody has a pic that would help ive looked at a few but some have the old cable that splits and some dont seem to have it. Thanks!

The factory ground (Black) wire at the controller has 2 cables crimped into one eyelet. The factory cable is #6 wire and the riot kit comes with new #4 wire. So where those two black wires come together at the controller in that single eyelet, you need to cut the one that goes to your batteries because you will install the new #4 wire supplied with your kit. Make sense?

When you are done, it will look like the pic attached. Both eyelets connect to the same terminal on the controller. Your new #4 wire in the riot kit that connects to the battery/controller has the ring terminals (eyelets) already soldered/crimped on.

Unrelated to your question.....
The only new eyelets that you will need to crimp on are for the smaller #12 wires running from the motor to the controller. Those smaller wires from the motor to the factory controller used spade connectors. You will cut those spades off and attach the new eyelets when connecting them to the new alltrax controller.
