Default 2003 ez go first build

My first build is a 2003 EZ GO TXT series cart. Sorry no before pics but they somehow got deleted. Cart started white and tan. Used for neighborhood driving and golf course.
Removed everything to the frame.....
Built new battery box
Alltrax SR48500 controller
400 amp solenoid
SW202 reversing contactor(FNR in dash)
New Trojan T875's
2ga cables
Re-wired entire cart
Plum Quick Demon(getting 29-31 mph and handles perfectly)
New pedal box and ITS(old one was broken off)
Ausco disc brakes
New seat covers
48v to 12v converter and fuse block
10" Alum wheels and 20" tires(alignment looks off in pic but perfectly straight)
Did body work and painted
Painted canopy
Rhox LED street legal light kit
Painted entire interior including mat with Krylon Fusion....worked perfectly and great adhesion
My wife is really happy....she thinks I am finished but I still want to add a few more things. I enjoyed it so much I wish I had another one to do.

Excellent job looks like a whole new cart. Because it is! Nicely done and not over the top just looks clean and simple. Excellent build.. I'll have to remember that krylon paint for the interior for my build

It was the satin black. I used it on all the plastic parts on the cart

Really nice work. Looks new.

EZGO makes a full width rear bumper in case you weren't aware. Part no. 71456G01
Imagine the the pictured cart without the rear step and safety bar.

Here is a picture of the rear bumper kernal was talking about on my 03 TXT. No body on the cart though.

You will have to do very minor modifications to the bumper to make it fit though. There are 2 nipples near the mounting holes that you will need to cut off (see 3rd pic to see what I cut off). You will also need to get longer screws to mount the bumper (See 4th pic for what I bought). You will also need to get new bumper hole covers, the covers for the short bumper are smaller than the long bumper. The one thing I don't really like about the hole covers is that they are smooth metal, not textured like the bumper. I am looking to see if I can find a set that will fit that are textured to match the bumper.
