Default My new Build

Ok!! I have been working on a new project cart!! It started as a 90 Marathon. I know some people will say its not worth the pain to build but it was only $200 so what the heck! Any opinons are appreciated!!
So I will post some pics!!

This is the day I got it home!

Stripped all the panels off and cut down as much steel that wasnt needed! I picked up a TXT body and modified to fit! Was not that bad to do and it gives it a nice look!

I made a dash for it out of aluminum diamond plate, the TXT did not come with one and I am pretty sure it would not have fit!! Couple of more pics!

If you want to build it then build it. I have a 1977 Marathon I'm rebuilding.

So I have a dilemma and I would like your opinions on what i should do. I already need new batteries, and I had planned on getting a new Alltrax 4844 controller with h/d solenoid. Should I just convert to 48 volts? Will I need a new F/R switch right away or eventually? I would have to get a new charger but mine is kinda crappy anyway. Does anyone have numbers i could compare.
36 volts, 23" tires 400amp controller stock motor= What speed?
