Controllers
I need a new controller. I have been looking at the Alltrax 400 and Logisystems controllers. I have a 05 PDS with lift kit, 23in tires, 2 ga wires, stock motor, and rear seat. I mainly use my cart around my subdivision and campground, so I am not looking for a beast. That is why I am looking to stay around 400a. I am mainly concerned about runtime. So what controller do you guys recommend? One of the two above or anything different? I am not sure that I need anything programmable, but I don't really know that much about it so I am open to suggestion. I really want the best controller for the amount of money I am going to spend. Thanks for the help.

Re: Controllers
Don't know about the Logisystems, but I love what the Alltrax 400 did for my
2004 PDS. I have learned that your driving habits will have a bigger effect on run time than the actual controller will. If you just putt around with easy starts etc. run time is equal to stock. But it is real nice to have the extra torque and speed when you want it. Happy trails. |
