1992 Ezgo Has click but won't move
I have a 1992 36 Volt Ezgo Golf Cart. I have new batteries and also has a new solenoid. It was working fine but now it clicks when I press the pedal but won't move. All terminal connections and wires look fine. I was told it might be the controller. Please help! If you think its the controller what type should I buy and amps? Thanks

Re: 1992 Ezgo Has click but won't move
Try bolting a battery cable from one large solenoid terminal to the other. This jumper will eliminate the solenoid from the diagnostic picture. If it runs then you have a bad solenoid, if not look at the controller and all the cable connections....like at the F&R Switch & motor.
Choosing the right controller requires knowing how the cart is set up and what it's use will be..... |
