Question Unuseual situation? What size is this?

I discovered (by way of a key working its way 3/4 of the way out) that I have a missing retaining bolt on the rear drive clutch on my 92 CC. My problem is what size is the bolt? Thread count? Left hand or right hand thread? and length?
I am missing bolt # 12 on this diagram:

Thanks!

Is this a somewhat common problem or did someone just not tighten it properly?

If this is bad info, someone should say so. That way no one would use it. I can't edit it, if I could I would.
