Not a big problem. A dremmel and a hammer can handle that. The bigger problem is how to install the replacement lug. If that is on the rear wheel, you may have to remove the whole axle shaft for proper setting.

Manny, in this case it's actually not necessary to pull the axle as the lugs are pressed into the drum itself (see pic) ...

Problem solved, a quick weld and the lug came off. I just welded it in and will address it at a later date. Thanks for the help!

Oh...my mistake. I have not seen a golf cart with the lugs pressed into the drums. My Yamahas (G1, G2 and G16) are not like that. My 1996 EZGO Workhorse is also not pressed.
