Like I said, a WAG. I just took the 74362 and prefixed 0-9, best I could come up with. Maybe a transplant plate ??

Saw on another site where someone had a similar cart with sn 115200 motor and his was a 79 pre-2PG

Well it sure looks like pre 1980. You need to be aware that the crankshaft and many of the generator / starter parts are no longer available. Everything else you will be able to find however it might be worth ensuring the integrity of the big end before you start spending money on the peripherals.
