89 Club Car Choke - Replacement Options
I just bought an 89 club car that needs some work. The entire choke assembly is missing. I have found a few places online to order parts for the choke but none that have the entire assembly as a package. As it would be expensive to purchase everything separately has anyone had any luck with an aftermarket choke?

welcome to BGW..............i suggest you post this in the wanted to buy/sale forum someone might have everything you need ..............if not i can,t see why you couldn,t rig something...............whats missing? other than the carb you have a rubber hose and the black button on the cart.......................

I have the choke "button" that you push with your hand still on my 88 CC if you need it, but sorry, do not have the rest of the assembly. let me know if you're interested.

All the choke does is block the air supply to the carb via the air filter housing. Talk to Jason about getting his unwanted one. He'll have it in your mailbox before you even pay for it. Trust me, I know this for a fact lol.
