Default Will I need Spacers?

I just installed Jakes 4" Lift on my 1992 Marathon. I have 22" Mud tires and some 2+5 offset 8" rims on the way. Question, Should I go ahead and order spacers too. I am not sure there will be enough room for tires. Anyone know if the offsets will give me plenty of space to prevent tires rubbing?
