I have had nothing but good response from mine. I lost no top end but did gain some bottom end. It might be over exagerating an existing problem with your clutches.

Run a string around the outside and measure it.

Re: Severe Duty double cogged drive belt G16?
I just installed one of these today. My old belt had maybe 100 miles on it and showed a little wear. The new belt is about 1/16 in wider then the old one and sits high in the secondary--top of the belt is above the edge of the sheave. Both clutches have been lubed and function normally.
The problem-tho not a big one-is now the cart wont idle in place. It takes off as soon as it starts. Seems to have more torque--don't know about top end. |
