Need a little help on a G8
Hey guys, heres a weird one. I have a G8 here that does not turn over. I tested power to the relay and crossed it and it turns over. I have 12v at the small connector when the pedal is pushed so I thought relay right. Replaced it and no go. I tested all again and all checks out. I checked the other small wire on the relay to ground and had continuity. Should work right. I run a jumper wire from the battery ground to the small negative lead on the relay and away it goes. Still have continuity from engine to ground wire on the relay. I can run a new wire to ground and it will work. Am I missing something? Engine ground broken somewheres? Thanx for any help.

Re: Need a little help on a G8
I did a test that I saw on another thread with hooking 2 wires from the small posts on the relay directly to the battery and it turns over, but wont start. It looks like the low voltage circuit. Now where to check?? Thanx

I keep answering my own post here but I found the fuse in the return black wire had blown. Replaced it and all is good. Any idea what causes this? Thanx guys.

Did you add any accesories? If so, upgrade the fuse to a 15 or 20 amp.
