Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
OK, I found this. Will this kit work alright? I won't have to buy new pins since they all look good will I?

Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
I got a question....Does the machined sheave add much more power? I was going to get the spring/spacer torque kit, but didn't know if it worth the extra cost to get the machined sheave? I'm kinda tight on the budget right now....So what are your guys thoughts?

Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
Ok big update! Got the pachanga lift kit today! It is a great kit. Very well made, and simple to install. It works great too. I love the stance of the cart after the lift. Here are some pics of the install.

Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
Here I removed the front control arms, and unbolted the upper shock bolts. I then clamped the shock bracket where it is suppose to go. I then drilled the 3 3/8" holes. I bolted on the brackets, and then bolted on the control arm bracket.

Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
Here I bolt on the front brackets for the shocks, and control arms. Then assemble the shocks, and control arms back into there position.

Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
Here is the finished front, and then I start on the rear. On the rear I unbolt the upper shock bolts, and installed the shock brackets.

Re: 1990 Yamaha g2 project
Here I finished up both sides on the rear, and installed the wheels, and tires. It was a pretty simple, and straight forward install. I think it is a great product. I'd like to thank Pachanga90 for creating this kit!
