st350 no uphill power no speed.
I am having trouble with my st 350 workhorse. It occasionally will not get up to top speed. the motor revs up but it is not going full speed. if i stop and take off again it will then go to top speed. It also has trouble going up hills with weight. I just replaced the belt a year ago to the shorter 41" belt. Any ideas on what could be possibly happening. is there parts inside the two clutches that could wear out or break.
