Runs rough and hesitates

Thats how it runs its slow to respond and then sometimes acts like it is running out of gas. The carb is brand new and the few pump looks sexy inside. Yes it has plenty of fresh gas |

Similar to how mine runs, except mine won't run backwards which I think is a totally separate issue. I'm replacing the belts to see if that helps mine as it hesitates and won't take off half the time. Be sure and post if you resolve the issue. Looks like you have a similar older Marathon model (pre-1980).
