Default Hardware to use on cart

If one were replacing a majority of the bolts and nuts on a cart what would you use? For example the bolts that hold the leaf springs to the frame on the front and rear? The stock bolts have corroded and rusted a bit.

for something like your suspension (Load Bearing parts of the cart).....if it were me....I would use a Grade 8 fastener (Nuts/bolts).

for everything else....a standard nut/bolt would work.

I know.....but I tend to go above and beyond when it comes to those things. I would rather be safe than sorry.....regardless of what the factory used! LOL

The ones that spook me are the three cheesy motor bolts.

Any particular coating? Galvanized, zinc played, stainless, etc?

Yes, I'm weary of the motor bolts also. Hard to believe those three little bolts are all that holds it on. I guess some of the weight is on the spline too though.
