Right, thats wjere i had issues. No voltage across small terminals on solenoid with key on or off

I am assuming the OBC is charging the batteries properly.
Look at the controller pin 12, the yellow wire should have a bullet connector about 3 inches from the controller. Disconnect the bullet connector and run a 18ga wire from the bullet connector on the controller side to pack negative. That will by-pass the OBC lockout circuit which is a common problem. |
