ST350 overfilled with oil

I bought a 2000, ST350 Workhorse that I was told didn't run for $300. I got it running in 5 minutes. It smoked like crazy. Turns out it was about 1 1/2 quarts over filled with oil. I drained it and filled to proper level and it smokes much less after 5 days (usually when i turn and hit the gas). I'm still cleaning oil out of the air filter. Will that work itself out through use? What else should i be worried about?

Welcome to BGW.
You should get in touch with rayhd. He has over-filled engine oil with good results.
