Re: testing a solenoid
I have a 97 cc that solenoid activates when you press the accelerator and within 2 seconds it cuts out. This is a v glide 48 volt. The solenoid is new. Any ideas?

Re: testing a solenoid
test solenoid first .. just hearing a click does not mean it's working ... new ones can be bad ... make sure it is a 48v solenoid

Re: testing a solenoid
Solenoid is new and tested. I seem to be loosing the activation circuit. Does OBO control all this circuit. New micro switch put in v glide.

Re: testing a solenoid
Thanks a lot crash test dummy, I was able to test all solenoids and found a bad one it was the far right side. (passenger side) The markings on it looked the factory one.
Is that causing the cart to slow down? You were right , it made a click but the test shows no output. Now I just need to find a new one, maybe someone local will have it without paying some ungodly price. otherwise I will just order one. Does anybody know who has a good price on a 36 volt solenoid. |
