Default Gas ez go, no spark at plugs

New at this so bear with me. I have a 2004 gas ez go, with the eh292c engine. I have replaced the pulsar coil, igniter, coil pack, and still have not spark. Engine turns over fine, micro switches both work fine. Could a bad key switch cause a no spark condition. FYI, I get .5 bolts at the pulsar, and voltage at the coil pack. Acts like a bad ground, but have cleaned and remounted all grounds. Totally baffled. Thanks for any assistance.

Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives’, husbands, girlfriend’s and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Have you replaced the voltage regulator? I had the same issue, replaced all the same stuff you did, still no spark. Replaced the voltage regulator, now have plenty of spark (part #6153), although my 2001 STILL doesn't run, lol
