EZGO TXT locked front wheels

I just purchased a 2000 EZGO TXT 4 seater.

Both front wheels won't rotate. Turning the steering wheel is fine, just the wheels wont rotate. Rear wheels are fine.

Im thinking the front hubs have been rusted up from the machine sat unused for some months.

Any thoughts before I take wheels off and dismantle things?

If you can get to the center cap, pull it off and loosen the castle nut say half a turn and see if they will spin then. If so drive it around a few minutes, take the hubs apart and inspect. If they don't look too bad grease them and put them back together. If they won't spin, keep pulling things apart. Remember the hubs are cast and can break,,
