I would agree with the slow ride. My biggest problem is I don't have the power to get it in the truck for camping. I've talked with Scotty b. Having a hard time dumping another 900 in this cart and still having to replace batteries to 8 volt when the ones I have aren't a year old. Where are you planning on putting the extra batteries to go to 48 volts.

How about getting a winch (not the pirate type) to help you load it on the truck. Mount it in the truck or on the cart. Then you will be able to do some offroading.
