Default Fused Power Block Location Help

Any harm in putting a fused in-line 4 gauge amp distribution power block directly on top of the battery?

Running out of space and it says keep within 12” of power supply.

I was going to use heavy duty double sided gorilla tape so it wouldn’t go anywhere.

Thoughts???
