Default 1999 Club Car DS Won't Charge

I just finished installing a new controller, solenoid, and F&R switch and now my cart won't charge. The cart was a bit jerry-rigged when I bought it. Rather than carrying a charger externally, the previous owner removed the old charging plug and wired the charger to it directly. My Cart looks something like this currently:

1. Charger Positive goes to Positive on Battery Pack
2. Charger grey/black go to OBC
3. OBC has a black wire that comes out and connects to the same lug on the controller as the negative from the battery pack. This is where this was previously located on the old controller.

During installing the new controller (AllTrax SR 48500) The black wire coming out of the OBC was too short, so I had to add a splice and a ~1.5ft of 10GA THHN. The splice shows to be continuous with an Ohm meter. I cannot get continuity through the OBC, however - but I could see this being normal behavior.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Could have blown a fuse in the either the bullet connector on your grey sense wire or see if there is another one anywhere that works like the old receptacle fuse would have.

If none of that is at fault, try bypassing the OBC by running the black charger wire right to the main pack negative and the grey sense wire will need to go there too. If it cuts on then, the OBC has failed unless we are overlooking something.
