Or adapt some ATV front hubs with disc brakes. Pick up some front hubs off a honda sport style (300EX, 250, 400, etc) NOT the utility quads. Utility bikes have drum front brakes that are completely worthless. All the sport bikes come with disc front brakes, and would retain the 4x100 bolt pattern you already have :)

Thanks very much, I have a bike & quad scrappy not too far away. Will see what I can find.

I've got a busted up kawasaki prairie behind my shop... won't happen anytime soon but eventually I will take the front suspension out of that and transfer it to the cart. With enough alcohol, cutting discs, and a welder almost anything can be accomplished.

IF you do replace the brakes shoes replace them with Yamaha shoes. There have been reports on here the aftermarket ones are horrible. I Would assume the drums may have issues also
