Default 2012 48v TXT slow forward normal reverse

I have a 48v TXT first year worked as factory, then lately goes 6-7 mph forward and 8mph in reverse. These are the steps that have been taken so far:
-Had a computer connected to make sure it was not in Airport mode, it was not. Shop recommended motor swap, no change.
- (good thing I have 4 of this model cart) started part swapping one at a time.
-Motor
-Controller
-Speed Sensor and magnet
-Batteries
-Solenoid
-ITS
All parts were even swap and both carts test driven after each with no changes, in fact the other cart ran faster.
Any further suggestions greatly appreiciated.

Use the computer to check the fault history.

The campground actually does not own a computer, we took it 75miles and had a company that has one hook up to it.
I did find the problem though, I found that the Speed Sensor harness had frayed Black and Red wires just after it went onto the main harness behind the solenoid. Cut the bad sections out, crimped and runs at 14mph again. Now all I have to do is replace the charger and it cam be rented again.

A DPI with the SB50 plug would be a good choice for you sounds like. With the correct jumper cable it be used pretty much with most 48 volt carts.
