Wiring issues
I picked up this cart a couple of weeks ago and welded in some new battery trays out of bed rails...since it was rusted
Just put the batteries in today and I’m getting 38 volts. I replaced the solenoid and I’m getting 38 volts on both sides. Checked the ignition switch and I’m getting 38 volts from the red wire... I get 38 volts on both drivers and passenger side of the forward reverse switch...it buzzes when I put it in reverse... But it still doesn’t go...even with the solenoid engaged Im sure it’s something easy but wanted to make sure it was wired properly....since I was following wiring diagrams and it may have been hooked up improperly when I got it. |

Re: Wiring issues
Just out of curiosity look under the car at the controller. Sometimes the side cover of the controller gets blown clean off (catastrophic controller failure) and all you get is clicking but no go.
