48v charger does not shut off
I have 2002 48v club car ds. The charger wouldn't do anything so I replaced the relay, charger comes on now and starts at 10 drops to 0 then back to 10 after being on all night it's still at 5 you can hear the batteries boiling. I checked the batteries with hydrometer they are all good there is 51v after charging all night. I tried to reset the obc by disconnecting positive and negative wires from battery bank turned on key put it in reverse and held gas pedal down for 5 minutes I dont have a back up beeper so wasn't sure if that's long enough reconnected the batteries drove around for an hour plugged it back in and still starts at 10. What do I do now
