Default '13 Precedent showing no go power

Thanks for any advice:
My '13 Precedent had a battery cable fail and upon replacing it cart ran fine for 2 days. Starting one morning cart ran seemingly normal but shortly balked and quit. At first the reverse buzzer would come on when put in reverse but it also quit and now no response. Replaced all the cables and it seemed to charge but I get no cooperation from the drive electronics.
I see where the panel behind the batteries can be removed, are there some fuses I can check by investigating around the Electronic control module or the tow run switch?

I have no tester, probably shouldn't be messing with it without knowing more, so that is what I need the most it seems.

Make sure you’ve got a full charge firstly.

Well, I didn't mention another recent experience I had with Electric Carts, this one a Yamaha. My golf partner's cart would not go forward, but sometimes backward. Advice given us was, 95% of problems are with battery connections and grounds. We found a loose ground cable, which he had fixed for $1.35, and fully charged his cart and he found no problem since.
For myself, I did go through and put new cables on, put it through a charge and today it acted fine.
Oh, I did buy a tester from a local parts store, a multitester. Used it at home on some AA batteries to see if it worked. When I got to my cart, the tester said that my test leads were not connected, when they were, so I never got to test my full load. I will replace the meter and see what I get, I am guessing it will be close to 48 the way the cart ran today.
Thanks for the replies, Like I was told, 95% of problems are with batteries, cables, connections, and grounds.

Fully charged is 50.9 volts. 48 volts is only about 44%

I read that the meter readings would be larger than the actual battery voltage. Is there a constant conversion factor for the meter values to voltage?
thanks

No such item due to all the variables between different ones.

Here is a SOC chart.

I take the cart out for at least 9 holes tomorrow, hope I can not think about it and enjoy the game and day.
Really knowledgeable friendly place I found here.
Thanks for the Chart.
