2000 ezgo and father n law now stuck

I have a 00 ezgo that will go forward no matter what the position of the switch is in even if I unplug the switch I let my father in law borrow my speed control to see if that was his problem and it was,he said he knew what he was doing he put it back now it only goes forward i switched the f1 white and f2 black wires now it just goes in reverse thanks

usually when this happens, it is a bad controller. The PDS drive system controller does the f/r switching inside the controller. Any kind of spark while working on a PDS controller it will fry the controller. Or if you don't switch the TOW/RUN switch to tow before working on the electrical system will fry the controller.

Test the F/R switch and make sure that the switch is not bad. That is the only other thing that can be bad.

I already have tested the F/R do you have any recommendation of a place to buy one
