Club car ds 1268 controller upgrade problem
Helping friend with a buggies unlimited upgrade kit. Where does the black and gray wire that has a terminal combining the 2 wire connect? We are getting fault code 1,2 on the led status light (Throttle fault 1). Also the solenoid does not engage even though all wires have proper volt readings and I tried a second solenoid to make sure it was a bad one.
Does anyone have a decent wiring diagram for a DS and the 1268 Curtis sepex controller? The included paperwork is not much help Thanks |

Did you ever figure out the gray / black wire? I'm having the same issue.

They go to Controller B- to provide negative for the MCOR and for the speed sensor.
