Lester Summit ll onboard install
Installed under rear seat with unistrut. Was able to mount retractable cord reel on unistrut in battery bay with cord coming out the front. Works well.

Re: Lester Summit ll onboard install
I like the unistrut idea also (and have some laying around which will come in handy!).
Question for you guys: I just ordered the Lester charger as well and am wondering if I need the fuse and receptacle with this (Club Car part number 101802101)? My cart was a 36V but I am converting to 48V (ordered the 7979 kit for it (https://www.nivelparts.com/product/3...ommunity-cc-ds) so will be doing that when it arrives). I have not ordered the fuse and receptacle yet in case I do not need it (seems that the Lester unit should just be plug and play, if I understand correctly and see that here). Thanks guys; Happy Sunday! PS Link included for info only; please delete if against forum rules! |

Man, I love the stuff. Used to have tons of the green strut left over from jobs when they'd come in and install overhead suspensions for us to hang our x-ray tube cranes off of. The possibilities are endless with this stuff.
