Then you have a motor cable broken or hooked up incorrectly (unless the motor is bad) as you have everything you are supposed to have to get motion.

Navitas would have told you if you needed a precharge resistor.

Thank you so much, I used this diagram and found the culprit, A1 was connected to M-. So do you think I should not get the resistor?

Not unless they required it. It is for the precharge to the controller. Your controller may do it another way just as Alltrax uses it by means of the Run/Tow switch.
