No reverse after upgrade

Hey guys
OK i finished my install of the C64 kit with every option, forward works but tires seem to spin slow, when i try reverse the solenoid clicks and buzzer works but no tire movement. I checked everything multiple times and i cant find what i'm missing, i'm stumped, has anyone ran into this before or have a idea?
91 Club Car converted to solid state drive heavy duty solenoid, reverse contactor, admiral A1 motor, New cables, F&R switch, SR48600 controller, new pedal

Does the reversing contactor also clicks?

If so, can you post a picture of the Reverse contactor showing where the cables are connected?

Make sure all nuts are tight, even the ones that don't have a cable.

Also the solenoid and contactor both click when i push the pedal, and let off the pedal like they are supposed too. also the stat light on the controller lights up in forward and reverse just no tire movement in reverse.

Everything is tight i checked twice

I guess it must be a flat washer under the lugs that I see, that is not ideal, it should be:

Cable Lug in direct contact with the copper surface
flat washer
lock washer (if available)
Nut

Can You identify where the cables go?

The top of the contactor where the flat copper bar joins the two studs goes to Controller B+/Solenoid

The other two cables on the Top of the contactor go to Motor S1 and S2

The cable on the bottom of the contactor goes to Controller M-

If I switch the two top cables near the front of the cart then reverse works but forward doesn’t
