dim headlights
I just put in new batteries and bulbs for my headlights but they are very dim even when batteries fully charged.

What did you change? Lights don't get dim. Recheck your wiring.
Post your battery pack voltage and a photo of the battery bay with the light hook up. |

On a car this usualy indicates a bad ground...

You didn't mention weather you have 6 or 8 volt batteries.If your cart is is using 8 volt batteries check your wiring, you might only be getting 8 volts going to 12 volt bulbs.
