Default 03 Club Car

03 Club Car with mixed batteries (age). Maintaining 45 to 48 volts running uphill. With leads to volt meter hooked to a-1 and a-2 voltage is only 40 volts uphill. Is there a way to adjust output of drive to motor. Thanks
