If Roady89 recommends a switch or any other part you can bet it has been tried and tested for the application he suggested.
I don't think you are going to see any performance difference in a 24 vs a 48v activation circuit on the solenoid/contactor as far as run time is concerned.

And yes the bold red on every post is a little over the top, lol

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but the 150amp rating, is that through the contacts? I guess what I'm asking is will a high amp set up weld these in a bind?

Sorry if you dislike the red. Red is a trade mark for me on the forum's. Not yelling at all. I have posted this about the contactor on the PQ site and did a step by step install on a 2000 E-Z-GO. The post is about a F/R contactor and everyone started talking about his main contactor.
Then it went to don't understand the voltage thing about 24 volts.
All I'm saying is that this works like my orignal post with the same drawing. You can use a radio shack switch or a auto parts switch for the thing.

Basic wiring is all this is.

The ground of any circuit detrimines the voltage.
You can put multipule + on the main + of the pack and whatever battery you run the ground to for each accessary will make it that voltage it doesn't matter. 6 volts, 12,24,36,48,72 as long as the pack is configured right. Again basic wiring a 8 volt battery cart want never see 12 volts.

I just got off the phone with my distributor, We are using the SW122 for controllers under 500a and Sw202 for 500a and up per the manufactures recommendation. Hope this helps

Thanks Scotty. I was reading what Roady mentioned about the ZJWT being quieter... Not really concerned about the noise, it was just a lot cheaper (and cheaper looking) and said 150 amp. Anyway, if I go that route I will use the 202.

That would be me!

Bling,Bling was given to me on PQ site because of my 04 E-Z-GO at the very first B/U Bonanza. It won 1st place in the cart show. A couple of the guy's bought a plate for it at the show, so when I registered on the forum I used Bling, Bling.
