Which battery should I buy?
I have a 2003 Club Car, I bought about 2yrs ago. I have already had to replace one battery and it looks like I have to replace the rest now. I was unable to get my cart from down at the beach and it sat there for over 6mos. without any useage. I have replenished the distilled water recommended but still would not take a charge. Would you recommend trying "used" batteries, or purchase new ones. I have Trojan batteries in there now, can you recommend an alternative, something less expensive.

Define would not take a charge ?
If it is as I suspect from the year a 48 Volt cart. The batteries need to be at 36 Volts or above to allow the charger to come on . Read this http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/attac...r-chargers.pdf and the section charging battery pack with low voltage |
