Check the charge receptical. The spot on the cart that you plug into. Check the fuse on top of it. A while back I had simular issues, took the receptical off of the cart and cleaned every wire. It worked. Also check the grey wire coming out of receptical, it could be loose.

Problem fixed, new relay bad, new circuit breaker bad. Ebay parts stung me for twenty. Also had a bad meter, new meter measured pack at 52.7.Thanks to everyone for the help.

oh i,m sure there are some real good people who sell on there, i,m not saying you can,t find a deal or a reputable seller i,m saying there are also a ton of rip offs and i hear about it all the time so for me since i can beat most prices that are on e-bay anyways why even bother........................

Tested new parts after I bought a new meter and found them to be bad. Seller had a excellent rating and offered to replace the parts even though he has a no return policy, but I had already purchased some from from my local club car dealer. (Needed my cart for a golf tournament).
